Xilatz - Xil to his friends - was born to a Hyuran woman from Thavnair and a travelling Miqo'te bard, making Xil half-Miqo'te, with his most notable features coming from his mother.In the years shortly after, something happened to his parents that left him an orphan in the streets of Ul'dah for two years - until he was lucky enough to be taken in by two men who worked for the Immortal Flames, suddenly gifted an education like no other.He excelled more quickly than most children, his natural affinity for aether meant he was given permission to take harder and more complicated courses even when he was still young, finding that his skills aligned the most with the healing arts.His life growing up through his late twenties continued this path, a journey of finding himself, so much so he sought a sex change operation, born as a woman but finding happiness in the body of a man, a rocky transition, but one that ultimately led to a happiness he'd never felt before.And now, with a fresh education from Sharlayan he offers his skills and spells to those in need, not charging the people who need it most desperately.
